Dr. Oz welcomes long-time friend, multi-award-winning composer and music legend Quincy Jones! Quincy recounts his journey from the streets to the stages of the world, and the many obstacles he overcame along the way.
Quincy says that as a child, he wasn't interested in music and didn't think he had much talent! Growing up without his mother, who was a schizophrenic, Quincy reveals how his family dealt with her mental illness. In 1974, Quincy suffered a near-fatal brain aneurysm and shares how music helped him recover. He also talks about the importance of taking charge of your health, and how he stays fit today.
