In Italy, Liviu found a father who was prostituting his 14-year-old son. "In all the years I have investigated sexual exploitation," says Liviu. "I never thought I'd find a man prostituting his own son."
Oprah: What happens to the father? Nothing?
Liviu: I don't know, to be honest. The Italian police were patrolling that area, which is a well-known area for prostitution in Milan.
Oprah: Do you think this is a priority for authorities?
Liviu: It doesn't seem to be. It depends on what authorities you're talking about.They are saying that they're doing something about it, but what you see happening goes to show that they're doing nothing, basically.
