Jacqui was young and beautiful. Fate intervened when she was hit by a drunk driver and burned alive in while trapped in her car. It change the way she looks at her live forever. When Jacqui spoke with empathy to the mother of the man who changed her life, there wasn't a dry eye in the house.
"She has one of the most beautiful spirits that anyone has ever seen. She affected a lot of us," says Lisa.
"What's amazing about this show," recalls Oprah, "is when I can have a moment that moves me that much after this many years. The hairs on my head raised because I've never seen a person who epitomized having a beautiful spirit better."
