Stories, ideas, essays, submissions, photos or related materials (collectively, the "Materials") of any kind will not be returned or kept confidential. All such Materials submitted may be either: (i) used on www.oprah.com (the "Website"), (ii) provided to Hearst Communications, Inc. ("Hearst") for their use in all markets and media, or (iii) broadcast by Harpo Productions, Inc. ("Harpo") on The Oprah Winfrey Show, Oprah After the Show or other Harpo-related programming, and distributed in all markets and media worldwide in perpetuity. By submitting your Materials, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are at least 18 years of age, (ii) you acknowledge and consent to your name and geographic location possibly being published in connection with the publication, distribution and/or broadcast of your Materials, and (iii) the facts you provide in the Materials are true and can be substantiated by you.
