Q: Is it necessary to eat a handful of walnuts daily if I'm taking an omega complex supplement?

A: No more necessary than it is for a man to wear a belt and suspenders at the same time. The omega complex—2 grams of distilled fish oils—is perfect, and many people like it this way cause they do not have to worry about toxins in fish. But you can still eat the walnuts if you enjoy them—especially about 20 minutes before a meal, to help curb hunger and overeating.
