Q: What can I take to get rid of warts on my fingers? I've had them for five years and have tried everything they sell over the counter. Is there something I can take internally?

A: There's a reason why the over-the-counter drugs haven't worked for you, so it appears that you'll need a different remedy. A dermatologist will likely tell you to have the warts frozen off with liquid nitrogen (it will take several treatments). That's usually an effective line of treatment if the usual topical over-the-counter drugs don't work.
