Q: In reading You: The Owner's Manual you recommend eating a handful of walnuts daily. I am taking an omega complex supplement. Is it necessary to do both?

A: No, not for the healthy fat; but you can enjoy the walnuts more than taking a liquid, and you will get the rest of the nut—healthy protein. But the omega complex—2 grams of distilled fish oils daily—is a perfect fat, and many people like it this way because they do not have to worry about toxins in fish (the liquid is distilled), or remember to eat the walnuts.
