Spring is in full bloom. While most of us are excited for the warming temperatures and sunshine, it also means pollen counts and allergy agony. The change in weather can be bad for people who suffer from asthma, too. It's tough to completely avoid the allergens that cause the sniffling, sneezing, runny eyes and foggy head…and the wheezing, shortness of breath and chest tightness of asthma.
