Yoga Props Here are a few "tools" that will help align and support your body properly so you can fully relax into positions with confidence.

Mats — Mats provide a sticky surface to help keep your hands and feet firmly in place. They help you stay in the correct positions. Plus, they offer extra cushion and insulation from the cold, hard floor.

Blocks — Bricks and blocks help compensate for tight hips and hamstrings. If you can't bend and touch the floor, the bricks bring the floor to you.

Straps — Straps help hold your stretches, especially if you have tight hips, shoulders or hamstrings. Straps also lengthen your poses and fine-tune the alignment of your spine.
