Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries with Sour Cream This dessert emphasizes the glorious simplicity of perfectly ripe berries accented with a simple sauce.

INGREDIENTS
1 pint each of blueberries, strawberries and blackberries
1 cup non-fat sour cream
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 pinch salt

Wash and drain berries on paper towel.

Combine sour cream, brown sugar, pure vanilla extract and salt in a bowl.

Pour over berries and gently combine.
